Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 10+2 (PUC) from a recognized board.
- Age Limit: Up to 33 years.
- Language: Must be fluent in the local language of the assigned area and comfortable with basic English.
- Other Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Own motorcycle for field visits (mandatory).
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in remote/rural locations.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome; candidates with up to 1 year field experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify, meet and onboard new customers in rural villages.
- Conduct field surveys and recommend locations for branch/collection centers.
- Achieve monthly disbursement targets and support loan processing.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CMS/CRM system.
Portfolio Management
- Ensure timely collection of EMIs and deposit collected cash on the same day.
- Monitor overdue accounts, follow up with defaulters, and minimize NPAs.
- Maintain portfolio health and prevent account dormancy.
Branch Support & Compliance
- Assist in branch operations, documentation and administrative tasks.
- Participate in customer awareness camps and training programs.
- Ensure documentation quality, KYC compliance and support internal/external audits.
- Report daily field activities and escalate issues to the supervisor.
