Eligibility Criteria
RDBS – General
Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university with at least 60% marks in total across all semesters/years. (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) OR
Postgraduate / MBA / PhD / CA / CS / CMA / ICWA
RDBS – Specialist Streams
Disciplines include Finance, IT, Agriculture Engineering, Horticulture, Fisheries, Food Processing, Soil Science, Civil/Electrical Engineering, Media, and Economics.
Educational qualification and marks criteria vary depending on the stream (as per official notification).
Legal Service
Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks in total
Must be eligible for enrolment as an advocate with the Bar Council of India.
Protocol & Security Service
Candidates must have a Defence background (Army/Navy/Air Force).
Experience and service conditions as per NABARD’s guidelines.
Age Limit
RDBS & Legal Services: 21 to 30 years
Protocol & Security Service: 25 to 40 years
SC/ST: Relaxation up to 5 years
OBC: Relaxation up to 3 years
PwBD: Relaxation up to 10 years
Selection Process
Preliminary Online Examination – Objective-type test covering General Awareness, Reasoning, English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Economic & Social Issues.
Main Examination – Descriptive and objective tests based on discipline.
Psychometric Test & Interview – Final merit will be prepared based on Mains and Interview performance.
