The recruitment aims to engage Technician, Trade, Graduate, and Data Entry Operator Apprentices across multiple states including West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, Assam, and the entire North-East region.

Eligibility Criteria IOCL Apprenticeship 2025-26

1. Technician Apprentices

• Qualification: 3-year Diploma in Engineering
• Branches: Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation, Electronics
• Marks Required: 50% (45% for SC/ST/PwBD)

2. Trade Apprentices

• Qualification: Matriculation + ITI
• Trades: Fitter, Electrician, Instrument Mechanic, Electronics Mechanic, Machinist
• ITI: Must be from NCVT/SCVT only

3. Graduate Apprentices

• Qualification: Full-time Graduation (BA/B.Com/B.Sc/BBA)
• Minimum Marks: 50% (45% for SC/ST/PwBD)

4. DEO (Freshers)

• Qualification: Class XII pass
• Condition: Candidate should not hold a graduation degree

5. DEO (Skill Certificate Holders)

• Qualification: Class XII + Skill Certificate in Domestic Data Entry Operator
• Skill training duration must be less than 1 year

Stipend (Monthly)

Stipend will be paid strictly as per Apprentices Act 1961/1973/1992/2019/2025 including latest amendments.
Rates vary for ITI, Diploma, Graduate, and DEO categories.

Selection Process

• Shortlisting based on academic scores
• Document verification at IOCL regional centres
• Final selection subject to medical fitness
• Reservation applicable as per Government of India rules
