BSE Odisha OTET 2026: Qualifying Cut-Off List
The Board of Secondary Education evaluates both Paper-I (Primary) and Paper-II (Upper Primary) out of 150 marks. Since the OTET is a teacher eligibility exam and not a competitive recruitment test, the qualifying cut-off marks are pre-determined by the state government guidelines:

Once the results are declared by BSE Odisha, candidates can verify their category-wise qualifying status by following these steps:
- Open your web browser and visit the official portal of BSE Odisha at www.bseodisha.ac.in.
- Navigate to the “Latest Updates” section displayed on the homepage.
- Click on the active link labeled “BSE Odisha OTET Results 2026 (July Session)”.
- You will be redirected to the secure login gateway page.
- Enter your registered Roll Number and Mobile Number / Date of Birth.
- Click on the “Submit” or “Get Result” button.
- Your subject-wise marks scorecard along with your qualifying status (Qualified/Not Qualified) will appear on the screen.
BSE Odisha OTET Certificate Download & Validity
All candidates who successfully score equal to or higher than the designated passing marks (90 for General, 75 for reserved categories) will be awarded the official eligibility certificate:
- Lifetime Validity: As per the updated rules aligned with the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) guidelines, the OTET certificate holds lifetime validity, removing any requirement to retake the test unless candidates wish to improve their scores.
