Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Electrical/Mechanical/Welder Trainee: 10th Pass & ITI in relevant trade (NCVT preferred)
- Crane Operator Trainee: 10th Pass Workman C Permit 5 years experience OR ITI in Motor Mechanic/Crane Operator
- Store Keeper Trainee: B.Com 1Year Diploma in Computer Application
Age Limit (as on 01.08.2025):
- Technical Trainees: 18–32 years
- Store Keeper: 21–32 years
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST/SEBC/Women: 5 years | PwBD: 10 years
OHPC Salary & Benefits
During Training (1 Year):
- Stipend: ₹22,700/month
- Medical Allowance: ₹200
- Remote Area Allowance: ₹500 (if applicable)
After Successful Training:
- Pay Scale: ₹25,500 – ₹81,100 (Level-7 as per 7th CPC)

OHPC Selection Process 2025
- Computer Based Test (CBT) – 120 MCQs | 2 Hours
- Part I: General Aptitude (40 Questions)

- Document Verification – To be held in Bhubaneswar
Final selection will be based only on CBT marks.
