Territorial Army Recruitment 2025–26

The Territorial Army (Eastern Command) has released a new defence job notification for over 1000 vacancies across multiple battalions. This recruitment drive includes posts such as Soldier GD, Clerk, Tradesmen, Housekeeper, and Mess Keeper. The TA Bharti Rally 2025 will be conducted from 15 November to 14 December 2025 across various military stations in Eastern India.

Clerk	12th pass with 60% aggregate & 50% in each subject (English & Maths mandatory)
Tradesmen	10th pass with 33% in each subject

Age Limit

• 18 to 42 years

Physical Fitness Test (Male)

• 1 Mile Run
  • Up to 5:30 min → 60 marks
  • 5:31–5:45 min → 40 marks
  • Above 5:46 → Fail
• Pull Ups
  • 10+ → 40 marks
  • 5 or less → Fail
• Balance & 9 Ft Ditch – Qualifying only

Physical Fitness Test (Female)

• 1 Mile Run
  • Up to 7:30 min → 60 marks
  • Above 8:00 min → Fail
• Long Jump & High Jump – Age-based qualifying standards

Written Exam Pattern

• Subjects: General Knowledge, Reasoning, Maths
• Level: Matriculation
• Negative Marking: Yes
• Medium: English & Hindi
