Once the online registration link is activated as per the new dates, candidates must complete the application process only through the official RRB portals. The basic steps are:

1. Check Eligibility
   Verify your age, educational qualification, and category-wise relaxation rules from the detailed notification of CEN 09/2025. Apply only if you meet all conditions as on 01 January 2026.
2. Keep Documents Ready
   Prepare scanned copies of:
   • Recent passport size photograph
   • Signature
   • 10th / ITI / qualification certificates
