Eligibility Criteria

- Only retired ministerial staff and retired Group-D employees of government departments.
- Must have completed regular service with a clean record.
- Candidates removed, dismissed, compulsorily retired, or those who took voluntary retirement after a departmental enquiry are not eligible.
