Eligibility Criteria – Teaching & Non-Teaching Posts
For Teaching / Academic Posts
- Graduation / Postgraduation with B.Ed (General or Special)
- RCI-recognized Diploma / Degree in Special Education (for relevant posts)
- PGDCA required for Computer Teacher
- CPED required for PET
- DHLS / BASLP for Speech Therapist
For Non-Teaching Posts
- Minimum qualification: Class VIII or Matriculation, depending on post
- Experience in caregiving, hostel management, cooking, or school support roles is preferred
Age Limit (as on 01.10.2025)
- Teaching Posts: 21–45 years
- Non-Teaching Posts: 18–42 years
- Reserved category candidates get age relaxation as per Odisha Government rules
Salary Structure (as per ORSP 2008)

Selection Process
Selection will be made strictly on merit:
- 60% weightage – Academic qualification
- 40% weightage – Interview / Skill test
- Document verification will be conducted before final selection
- Shortlisting will be in 1:5 ratio for each advertised post
