Federal Bank, one of India’s leading private sector banks, has announced a recruitment drive for Federal Bank Recruitment 2026. the post of Office Assistant across its notified branches and offices. Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Must have passed 10th standard or equivalent but not graduated.
• Age Limit: 18–20 years (born between 01.12.2005 and 01.12.2007).
• Age Relaxation: Up to 5 years for SC/ST candidates and those with prior service in Federal Bank as temporary staff.
• Domicile: Candidate must reside in the same district of the notified branch/office or within 20 km radius.
• Skills: Mandatory one-month training in Microsoft Office with valid certificate.
• Nationality: Must be an Indian citizen.

Selection Process

1. Centre-Based Online Aptitude Test (conducted by IBPS)

   • No negative marking
2. Personal Interview – Shortlisted candidates from the aptitude test will be called for interview.

Probation & Posting

• Probation Period: 6 months (extendable if performance unsatisfactory).
• Posting: Candidates can be placed in any branch/office of Federal Bank and are liable for transfer based on administrative needs.
