The Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya (OAV), Hatiota under Polosara Block, Ganjam District, has released the OAV Hatiota Boys Hostel Recruitment 2025 notification for the contractual engagement of Warden, Head Cook, Assistant Cook, and Chowkidar-cum-Sweeper posts.
Only eligible male candidates can apply for these positions. The application process is offline, and candidates must send their application through Speed Post before 15 October 2025.
The selection process will be based on career marks, prior experience, and a personal interview.

Eligibility Criteria
- Gender: Male only
- Age Limit (as on 31.10.2025):
- Warden: 30–60 years
- Chowkidar: 21–32 years
- Head Cook: 30–40 years
- Assistant Cook: 21–30 years
- Preference: Local candidates from Polosara block or nearby blocks in Ganjam district
- Retired teachers (up to 62 years) may apply for Warden post
- In-service OAV teachers may opt to serve as Warden with ₹3,000 honorarium
