Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Anganwadi Worker: Must have passed 12th or its equivalent
- Anganwadi Helper: Minimum 8th pass
- Mini Anganwadi Worker: Minimum 10th/12th pass
Age Limit
- 18 to 35 years (Relaxation allowed as per Odisha Government rules)
Local Candidate Requirement
Only women belonging to the same ward or village where the Anganwadi Centre is located are eligible to apply. Local preference is strictly followed.

Salary Structure
The expected monthly honorarium varies by post:
- Anganwadi Worker: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000
- Mini Worker: ₹5,500 – ₹7,000
- Helper: ₹3,500 – ₹5,000
District administration may revise honorarium based on government guidelines.
Selection Process
The selection is based on:
- Merit list prepared from academic marks
- Original document verification at CDPO Office
- Final approval and publication of the selected list on the portal
No written exam or interview is conducted for Anganwadi recruitment.
